How do I book?
Easy! You can book via telephone or you can simply fill in the booking form located here.

Of course! As a business/ Event Adult inflatables / Slides are available only. No extra usage charges apply.

Obviously, the earlier that you book, the better it is for you; there’s nothing worse than not having that bouncy castle for your occasion. We advise giving us between 4-6 weeks’ notice between the months of May and September, as you can appreciate that these are our busiest times.

Well, we will bring the castle to you, we will set it up for you, provide you with a blower and circuit breaker, then we will take it away for you too. Sometimes like we were never there….very stealthy!!

7 days a week, 330 days a year 🙂

Most parties are in the afternoon and so we will deliver and set up your castle between 7 am and 11am (9-12 in winter). We will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 4pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit it can be no later than 8 pm.(7pm latest in winter)

Later collections are available at an additional charge so please contact us for further information.

2 day hires are also available.

Yes, no problem, it is a set fee of £25 for the total booking, so if you hire 2 castles and 2 games, all you pay is £25. Just add this on when you go to the bookings page.

Collection will be early morning, dependent on our delivery route on the day. We will not leave the castle overnight if rain is expected, as most castles are booked for the following day.

If you are looking for a later collection on the second day, then a 2-day charge will occur.

We have not set payment online yet so we would ask payment be made on the day. Over a certain amount (£100 at present) we would ask for a deposit to secure the booking.

We prefer cash but bank transfer and card payments can be arranged.

We are fully insured for the equipment we hire out, although we cannot be held responsible for how your guests behave. As with all hire companies once the equipment is checked over, the risk assessment has been completed and a sign form of our health and safety checklist has been given, the castle is then in you care and you responsible for it.

Please ensure you give us enough notice if you intend to cancel. Cancellations within 3 days before the booking will be charged in full. If you cancel due to weather conditions no charge is made.

Unfortunately due to the unpredictability of this beautiful British weather, we will assess the weather on the run up to the booking. Each castle has a shower cover so will tolerate light showers, unfortunately if the rain is due to be heavy. If this is the case we will try to give as much notice as possible. an persistent, we may need to cancel the booking due to health and safety.

A small slope will be fine, a large slope no.

The bouncy castles take approx 15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

The castles must not be placed near to a cooking or eating area.

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire which will need to be sign by yourself, in addition to a risk assessment.

Yes all our castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 12 unless specified otherwise. See individual castle on the front page for specific amounts of children per castle.
